When you use this website, you agree to the following terms, and you agree to convey the contents of this Agreement to your traveling family members or companions:

  1. Limitation of Refunds: All domestic airlines impose cancellation and change penalties up to 100% for many discount tickets. All tour operators, cruise lines, and some resort hotels impose cancellation and change penalties, too. Please view the applicable rules before you make your reservation.
  2. Delays: Flight delays are very common today. If your flight is delayed far any reason, the domestic airlines are not required by law to pay for your en route expenses, such as meals, hotels, tax1s and phone calls.
  3. Check Your Itinerary: As soon as you receive your booked itinerary, check it thoroughly to make sure it is correct as to dates, times, fares, and rates.
  4. Reconfirmation: Schedule changes are quite common today. We urge you to re-check exact domestic flight times prior to departure and prior to your return.
  5. Package Trips: If you book a trip, we must collect the tour operator’s or cruise line’s deposit when reservations are made. The amount of the deposit, the refund allowed, and the times for canceling vary according to the tour operator or cruise line. We do not endorse or recommend any particular tour operator or cruise line; our role is strictly limited to facilitating the booking. After you finish your booking, we will send you any agreement required by the travel services supplier, along with a request that you sign that agreement and return it to us. In the event of any inconsistency between that agreement and this agreement, the latter shall govern.
  6. Final Payment: For all vacation trips, you must have made full payment before we release the tickets or documents.
  7. Foreign Currency: Currency rates quoted on this website are based on various publicly available sources. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary.
  8. Information on Website: You agree not to use or authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use, and not to engage or authorize anyone to engage in the resale, redistribution, and use of the information on this website for commercial purposes. Third-party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience, and do not constitute any endorsement by us and/or our suppliers. Any software that is on this website including HTML codes and software made available to download from this website (“Software”) is our copyrighted work or the copyrighted work of our suppliers or 1icensors. [Insert product names] are our trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
  9. Power of Attorney: As our client, you hereby appoint us to be your attorneys-in-fact for the purpose of signing all documents necessary to purchase and issue airline tickets, tours, cruises, and hotel guarantees for late arrival. You authorize any of the attorneys-in-fact to sign credit card authorizations for said purchases whenever any of them receives an Internet booking request reasonably believed to be from you or someone acting on your behalf, requesting those tickets be charged to this credit card account. Your agree that you will pay for all such purchases and will not hold us responsible for any of our actions pursuant to this power of attorney.

Reservations: Term condition..

  1. Payment is due when the reservation is confirmed. Full payment must be received by Positive travel &tour as per the deadline advised in your confirmation receipt. All reservations will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline set in your confirmation receipt. . A copy of the passport for each person should be provided to Positive travel & tour with the final payment. All documents and tickets will be issued using the full legal name on each passport.
  2. Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing; either by fax or mail (e-mail and verbal cancellations are not acceptable). The following fees will be assessed per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation:
  3. Cancellations received on the day of departure or later are considered non-refundable.
  4. When travelers cannot complete their journey for any reason, the unused hotel nights are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
  5. In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, all penalties and service charges related to cancellation of optional tours, cruises or other services may be applicable, please check directly with Positive travel &tour for details
  6. Hotel Accommodations: Based on 2 adults sharing one room, double occupancy (please specify single or double beds in your reservation). A customer who travels alone is required to pay a single supplement rate.
  7. Meals: Most meals are not included unless specified by the hotel.
  8. Transfers are sometimes included in the price of the package. This information will be detailed in your confirmation.

Package Fare Does Not Include:

  1. Any personal charges such as visa fees, passport fees, porterage, excess baggage charges, phone bills, postage, laundry, drinks, or charges arising from deviations.
  2. Meals and transportation not mentioned in this brochure.
  3. Tips for your tour guide, driver or bellmen.
  4. Air fares from your hometown to the gateway city, airport taxes, air ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, or any other charges levied by local, state, or federal government agency.

General Conditions:

  1. All fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of currency exchange [in] effect [as] of October 29, 2013. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary by Positive travel & tour..
  2. Optional Tour Programs will be narrated only in the language specified for that departure. Please make sure that speakers of English only or other only are booked on the appropriate tours.
  3. Passport / Visas: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months validity AFTER the return date of your trip. Positive travel &tour is not responsible when you are denied entrance for any reason at a foreign country, even if you have a valid passport and visa. Please inquire directly at Positive travel &tour about visa requirements to other countries.
  4. Baggage: Baggage is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Check-in luggage allowance for the transoceanic flights is generally 2 pieces that weigh no more than 50lbs. Most airlines limit carry-on baggage to 1 piece per person that must be small enough to fit under the seat. Please check directly with your airline for their latest baggage requirements and related excess charges. Baggage allowances on domestic China flights are limited to 44 lbs.
  5. Charges for Children: For children 11 or under, if they share a room with 2 adults and do not request an extra bed, they will be charged the listed child rate. If an extra bed is required in the room, they must pay 90% of the adult rate. Children 12 and over will be charged the full adult price.

Responsibility:

    Positive travel & tour, as a tour operator, acts only as agent. All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on the participants behalf upon the express condition that, neither Positive travel & tour, nor its agents, shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential, irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third-party such as airline, cruise vessel, boat, train, private car, bus, motor coach, or of any other mode of conveyance, of hotels, of sightseeing, and local ground handler, etc., which is to supply or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Majestic Vacations neither owns nor operates such third-party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Majestic Vacations responsible for their acts, omissions, or commission. Without limiting the foregoing, Majestic Vacations and its agents are furthermore not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to any of the following: delay or changes of schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond the control of Majestic Vacations. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and be paid for by the participant.

    Positive travel & tour accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased on a tour or for any mailing, domestic freight or shipping arrangements.

    Positive travel & tour reserves the right to decline, to accept, or to retain any person as a tour participant should that person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general condition impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other tour participants.

    Positive travel &tour reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tours. Majestic Vacations reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellations limited to full refund of the money received by Positive travel &tour and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member. All tour fares shown, are based on the present value of the foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. Dollar on October 29, 2013 and current tariffs on the same date. All tour fares therefore are subject to change. In Myanmar , costs are quoted by the Myanmar handling travel agency. Increases in cost of any service within Myanmar, tour fares and hotels are subject to adjustment. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. In such case, a full refund of all payments will constitute a full settlement with the participant. The Myanmar handling travel agency has sole and exclusive control over the operation of all tours in Myanmar. The Myanmar handling travel agency reserves the right to make alterations or adjustments in the itinerary as to destinations, transportation, accommodations and all other services. Neither Positive travel &tour nor any subsidiary or affiliate of Positive travel & tour shall be responsible for any such alterations made by the Myanmar handling travel agency.

    Baggage is carried at the owner risk and baggage insurance is something to consider. Positive travel &tour is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions in the brochure. Positive travel & tour accepts no responsibility for cost, which may occur as results of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage. Generally, your health insurance does not cover expense outside the any country . Positive travel & tour is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure if the participant is denied entry to a country for this or any other reason.

    General conditions, to which you have agreed when you had decided to utilize the services of Positive travel & tour, may not be amended in any way, except in writing, by an authorized officer of Positive travel & tour. By utilizing the services of Positive travel & tour, you agree that the exclusive venue for claims shall be the County of Dallas, State of Texas and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Texas.

    The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions and to these terms and conditions.

Omissions:

The company is not responsible for omissions or errors of printing or presentation in brochures, on the internet, or through any other media where such information maybe presented. The company reserves the right to make corrections as required.

Reservation, cancellation and refund policy

  1. All services should be booked through Positive Travels & Tours.
  2. All fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of current currency exchange. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary by Positive travel & tour to reflect the actual rate of currency exchange.
  3. Payment is due when the reservation is confirmed. Full payment must be received by Positive travel & tour as per the deadline advised in your confirmation receipt. All reservations will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline set in your confirmation receipt. . A copy of the passport for each person should be provided to Positive travel & tour with the final payment. All documents and tickets will be issued using the full legal name on each passport.
  4. All cancellations must be received in writing; either by fax or mail (e-mail and verbal cancellations are not acceptable). The following rate of penalty will be applied per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation. When the cancellation is made
    • 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the tour cost will be refund.
    • 44 to 21 days prior to arrival, 75% of the tour cost will be refund.
    • 20 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the tour cost will be refund.
    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 25% of the tour cost will be refund.
    • There will be no refund for cancellations received on the day of departure or later.
  5. In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, all penalties and service charges related to cancellation of optional tours, cruises or other services may be applicable, please check directly with Positive travel & tour for details.

Information we collect

When making a booking through positivetravelmyanmar.com, we need to collect certain details in relation to processing the transaction and fulfilling your order and requests, including (but not limited to) the following: name, nationality and contact information (email, phone, and fax). ?We also collect your name and email information from submission of your queries via our Inquiry forms. Myanmar Entry visa

valid Passport with Entry Visa is required of all visitors. A Tourist Visa allows a stay of 28 days, extendible for an additional 14 days. A Business Visa allows a stay of 28 days, extendible up to 12 months on a case-by-case basis. Visa on Arrival is granted on prior arrangement with the Ministry of Hotels and Toursim.

Overland entry is permitted for Thai tourists with border pass and for third party tourists with visa at Tachileik, Three Pagoda Pass, Myawaddy and Kawthaung check points along Myanmar-Thai Border; and for Chinese tourists with border pass and for third party tourists with visa at Lweje, Nam Kham, Muse ,Kyukoke, Kwanlong, Mont Lar along Myanmar-China Border.
